Payment and cancellation policy
After reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount + € 100.00 deposit must be paid within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed. After receiving the down payment the reservation is final, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The remaining amount must be received by us no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If this is not the case, the agreed rental period is automatically dissolved and the house is immediately made available again for rental, however the payment obligation remains 100%, unless you have canceled. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, you owe 50% of the total amount. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel within 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, you will owe 75% of the total amount.
If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, you will owe 100% (the total amount).
We advise you to take out travel and / or cancellation insurance yourself.

Remaining
The arrival day and time is Saturday after 4 pm during the high season and the departure is Saturday before 10 am. During the other periods, the day of arrival can be arranged flexibly and in consultation.
In the gîte it is forbidden to smoke and a pet is allowed in consultation.
The deposit is € 100.00 and must be paid at the same time as the deposit.
All costs incurred during the rental period must be settled with the landlord before departure. In case of, for example, damage to the house and / or household effects, settlement will take place with the deposit received. The deposit received is under no circumstances the maximum liability of the tenant vis-à-vis the landlord. After a possible setoff the landlord will refund the deposit within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.

The landlord is not liable for:
– Damage to or theft of belongings of the tenant.
– Accident or injury of the tenant (s) during the stay, unless there is negligence or a shortcoming of the landlord
